As part of this training session focused on the construction of dashboards and the selection of indicators in the hospital field, the primary objective was to provide an in-depth understanding to the various service managers. We explored the essential issues of dashboards in monitoring hospital performance, while providing concrete methods for developing dashboards adapted to the specific needs of each healthcare establishment service.

Each participant shared their specific concerns, creating a personalized learning dynamic. My role was to respond in a targeted manner to these issues and to provide relevant insights to infuse meaning into their daily responsibilities.

The mission took place in an extremely satisfactory manner, marked by active commitment from the participants and a real desire to master the ins and outs of hospital dashboards. We favored an interactive approach, using concrete examples and case studies adapted to their professional context to reinforce theoretical concepts.

The success of this training is measured by the full achievement of the educational objectives set. Participants not only consolidated their knowledge on building dashboards, but also acquired the skills necessary to strategically adapt them to the specific realities of their respective health services.

In conclusion, this training mission contributed significantly to strengthening the skills of service managers in the hospital sector. Participants are now better equipped to integrate effective dashboard practices into their daily management, with a clear strategic vision of hospital performance. I am convinced that these newly acquired skills will have a positive impact on the quality of services delivered within their respective departments.
